Death is too serious matter, to be considered this or that as cause for it ...

You are too young to think of such things. This is just some news I suppose from media that attracts attention ...

On the other hand, doctors say, that best time to sleep is between 9PM - 5-6AM ...
I think as long as you have a healthy lifestyle, eating fruits and vegetables, doing some exercise like walking and jogging will suffice.
